Instructions

Step 1
Peel and core apples. Cut them into thin fan shapes. Chop your walnuts.
Step 2
Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat, add oil slowly.
Step 3
Add apples and walnuts to the mixture. Sift in all dry ingredients. Add vanilla essence, and fold mixture with a spatula.
Step 4
Bake in a sheet pan lined with baking paper at 170 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.
