Lemon Balm Goji Berry Herbal Tea

Palatable, calming, and may help both mental health and gut health. I use loose leaf lemon balm leaves from the Melissa officinalis plant. I make it low in sugar, but still sweet. And it's caffeine free.

1 tsplemon balm herbal tea
loose leaf
4 goji berries (dehydrated, unsweetened)
4goji berries
dehydrated, unsweetened

Hot Liquid

Instructions

Step 1
Heat the water and juice (or other liquid of your choice) to 175 F.
Step 2
Steep the teabag or diffuser in the liquid for about 3 minutes, agitating it occasionally.
Step 3
Remove the teabag or infuser and set it aside. Stir in the remaining ingredients and enjoy a soothing warm beverage.
