Step 1
1. Saute the onion and garlic. 2. Stir in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, and water
3. Make the meatballs. Combine the rice, beef, salt, pepper and the rest of the chopped onions and garlic. Roll into ping-pong ball sized meatballs
4. Gently place the meatballs in to the pot. Spoon a little bit of sauce over the top of each one. Place the lid on the instant pot. Set the time for 15 minutes at high pressure
5. To serve: you can either perform a quick pressure release or you can let the pot depressurize naturally.
