Instructions

Step 1
Hear oil in large pan over medium heat. Add onion and bell peppers, sautéing until soft. Reduce heat to low and add chopped tomatoes, cooking until tender.
Step 2
Add crushed tomatoes and jalapeño to pan.
Step 3
Partially cover pan and cook on low 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauce should be thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Crack eggs evenly spaced throughout pan. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve in pan with bread for dipping. Enjoy!
