Instructions
Step 1
Coat a 9” x 13” baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
Step 2
Pour 2 cans apple pie filling into the bottom of the dish. Pour an unprepared bag of yellow or white cake mix over the apples, and spread around to make an even layer.
Step 3
Melt 1 cup butter in the microwave and pour over the mixture. Pour ⅓ cup packed brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon over the top.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350°F. You will know it’s done when it’s bubbly and slightly golden. It can be served with So Delicious Coconut Milk Vanilla Ice Cream or by itself!
