Instructions
Step 1
Toast the sesame seeds by putting in a dry frying pan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes stirring occassionaly.
Step 2
Cut the salmon into 1cm cubes. Thread onto the skewers and put them on a foil lined baking sheet.
Step 3
Pre-heat the grill to high. Grate the ginger finely and put in a bowl with the soy sauce and honey and mix together.
Step 4
Brush the teryaki sauce on to the salmon and grill for 2 minutes on high. Brush again with the sauce and grill for a further 2 minutes.
Step 5
Turn the skewers over and repeat.
Step 6
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.
