Ritz Cracker S’mores

1 step
Prep:30min
I don’t know who came up with this recipe but thank you because these are the best when you’re craving s’mores and it’s too cold or raining outside. So good. And fun for kids to make

Instructions

Step 1
Spread about 1 tablespoon of fluff on one side of a cracker. Place another cracker on the fluff to form a sandwich. Melt the chocolate chips and shortening for about 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth. Place the bowl with the melted chocolate into another, larger, bowl of hot water, to keep the chocolate from hardening while you dip the ritz crackers. Use a fork to hold the cracker sandwich and dip into the chocolate, flip and cover other side with chocolate. Place sandwich onto parchment paper. Dip six sandwiches and then stop to sprinkle 1 tsp of Graham cracker crumbs on top before chocolate hardens. Continue dipping six more sandwiches and then the Graham cracker crumbs again. Repeat until all crackers are dipped and crumbs on top. Store at room temperature
