Grilled Chicken Wings

Toss in sauce of choice. Try homemade Honey Buffalo Lemon Pepper, Honey Ginger Teriyaki, or Lemon Garlic. Any store bought sauce works too. Eg. Buffalo, Bbq, Teriyaki. Serve with homemade Blue Cheese Dressing or Dill Dip

Instructions

Step 1
Remove chicken from packaging & pat dry with paper towel. Add wings to 1 gal size zip lock bag

Mix flour & 2tblsp total of optional seasonings Eg: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne powder, lemon-pepper, s&p. Choose seasonings based off Sauce to be used

Step 3
Add flour& spice mix to the bag of wings, seal, & toss to coat.
Step 4
Preheat grill. Try to maintain medium & low heat sides. Oil grates & add wings. Group wings together to retain moisture. Char both sides, about 5 min per side. Continue to flip & rotate every 3-5 min, until internal temp reached 155°. About 20min total

Step 5
Once internal temp reached 155° remove wings from grill & add to large bowl. Toss in your favorite sauce and cook 2 min longer, rotate half way through. Remove from heat, put back into saucy bowl & serve with dressing of choice
