Instructions
Step 1
Cook whole entire chicken until tinder. Try to get as much fat as you can for the dumplings.
Step 2
Once chicken is cooked remove from the bone and place back into pot.
Step 3
Reserve a bowl of broth from the cooked chicken and set aside to cool. Once cool add egg yolk and beat. Add flour and stir until it is as thick as you can stir.
Step 4
Take 1/3 of dumpling dough onto a floured surface. Cut into squares and place into pot with chicken. Continue with the rest of the dumping dough.
Step 5
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 min. Stir slowly.
