Instructions

Step 1
Before cooking let your steaks sit out to room temperature. Do not season until almost time to cook them.
Step 2
Once it is time to cook them then season your steaks front and back to your liking with salt and pepper. In a cast iron pan place about 2-3 tbsps of olive oil and let the pan get good and ready before adding the steaks to the pan.
Step 3
Once it’s time to add the steaks place them in the pan and let sear in each side to form a crust. Add in your butter, rosemary, and garlic. Baste you’re steaks on each side cooking just halfway.
Step 4
Once they are done cooking halfway. Remove and coat with mayonnaise. Then place back into the hot pan and cook a little longer.
Step 5
I like mine medium rare so I’ll cook mine for just 5-6 minutes total each side.
