Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray either a 9x11" baking pan or classic Budnt pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Step 2
Beat sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs together in a mixing bowl on low speed for 1 minute.
Step 3
Beat in flour, baking soda, and salt on medium speed for 1 minute.
Step 4
Beat in bananas and pure vanilla extracts on low speed for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
Step 6
Spread batter in prepared baking pan and place in center of preheated 375 degree oven for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until light brown on top and toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Step 7
Cool in pan (if using a Budnt pan, cool slightly then turn out onto serving platter or cake plate;) cut into slices or squares of desired size and thickness. Serve warm or at room temperature.
