Step 1
Turn pressure cooker to sauté and put in olive oil and garlic. Sauté for just a minute or two, until the garlic is tender and fragrant
Step 2
Add in rice and combine with garlic, add broth. Don’t stir but do make sure rice is covered by broth
Step 3
Turnon pressure setting. Cook under pressure for 4-5 minutes. Let release pressure naturally for 10 minutes before quick release
