Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mug. Add just enough water to moisten, then stir with a fork until combined and smooth.
Step 2
2. Stir in milk until mug is mostly full, reserving some room in case more milk is needed to cool down mixture later.
Step 3
3. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes, making sure not to allow mixture to boil over. Add more milk to cool down, if needed, and enjoy!
Caramel Hot Cocoa
Step 4
1. Melt 1 Tablespoon butter in a coffee cup or small bowl. Stir in 2 heaping teaspoons brown sugar and a splash of water.
Step 5
2. Microwave until mixture is bubbly. Immediately pour into prepared single serving of Hot Chocolate and stir.
