Instructions

Step 1
In a microwave safe bowl break up the chocolate and add the oil then microwave the chocolate in 30 second bursts until melted . If you have a mold or praline foil shells or even an ice cube tray you can put a generous coating of the chocolate all Over and up the sides then shake off the excess chocolate back into the bowl to reuse later . Refrigerate the mold for ten minutes
Step 2
In a bowl add the strawberry jam ( add a diff flavor if you prefer ) then add the condensed milk and a few drops of red food coloring ( again the food coloring is optional). Mix these all together then push the mixture through a strainer to remove any seeds . Now the filling is ready you can put it in a. Small piping bag or you can just use a spoon. Fill the chocolates with the cream in the centre then using the rest of the melted chocolate fill in the top . Tap down the mold to even out and scrape off any excess chocolate . Put in the fridge 30 minutes and it’s ready . Enjoy !
