Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180°C (356°F)
Step 2
Melt the chocolate with the butter in water bath, once the butter and the chocolate are combined, set the mixture aside.


Step 3
In a bowl, add the refined and brown sugar and add one egg at a time, mixing the egg before adding the next. MIX CAREFULLY, so that as little air as possible gets in the mixture.
Step 4
Add to the sugar mixture vanilla extract, salt and the chocolate mixture (once it has cooled, so that the heat doesn’t cook the eggs). Mix until combined.

Step 5
Add the cocoa powder little by little to the mixture, always sifting it. Mix until combined.

Step 6
Add the wheat flour little by little to the mixture, always sifting it. Mix until combined.

Step 7
Add the mixture to a greased baking tray.
Step 8
Put the tray in the oven preheated at 180°C (356°F) for about 20min
