Instructions
Step 1
Saute bacon and onion over low heat until bacon is almost cooked thru.
Step 2
Increase heat to medium, add dry spices and stir together, cooking about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add garlic, tobasco and Dijon, stir and cook 3 more minutes.
Step 4
Add shrimp and butter. Stir together quickly.
Step 5
Bake in 350 degree convection oven for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with rice and crunchy bread.
