Cook more than you need and freeze in foil for another day.
Great with many fillings: depending on dietary requirements, cheese, baked beans, chilli, Tuna & sweetcorn mayo, to name but a few.
Other tips, cover in oil/salt and foil, and or stick a metal skewer through them to help heat transfer to the middle.

Rub in oil and salt if liked.
Step 3
Then cook on high for 4.5-5 hours or low for 7.5-8 hrs.
Step 4
If you want a crispy skin put in the oven/air fryer for 10 mins.
