Tried to make a healthy treat and I'm not sad about the results. Leave out the cocoa powder and add mini chocolate chips, nuts, or apple chunks.

Step 1
Mix first 10 ingredients. In separate bowl mix the rest. Lightly fold together til dampened. Cover, chill one hour (or over night).
Step 2
Preheat oven to 425. Line large muffin tin. lightly spray papers with oil. Fill 3/4 full. Bake for 6 minutes, turn down oven to 350, continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes.
