Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, gently mix the crab meat, three quarters of the melted butter, lemon juice and the Dijon mustard, 4-6 tbsp of milk, nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Empty in to 4 ramekins.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining melted butter. Add the grated cheese
Step 3
Sprinkle this mixture on top of each ramekin and top with freshly ground pepper, a sprinkle of cayenne and a little grating of fresh nutmeg on to each
Step 4
Put under a hot grill for 5-10 minutes until the breadcrumbs turn golden and the mixture starts bubbling beneath
Step 5
Serve!
