Preheat oven to 350f/175c. Prepare a standard cookie sheet pan.

In mixing bowl vigorously mix all ingredients until well blended.

Using spoon place large spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared pan. You should get between 12 and 18. Using a fork or even the bottom of a drinking glass, gently press down each cookie. Should still be no less than 1/4inch/0.5cm thick.

Bake for 10 min. Cookies will appear underdone and soft. Without the flour the cookies harden up. If you overcook or they look like regular baked flour cookies they will be very hard and brittle after cooling.

Do not remove from pan until cool or they will fall apart.
