Instructions

Step 1
1) Add Protein Powder, Rolled Oats, Yoghurt, Milk and Crushed up Biscoff Biscuits into a bowl and mix until equal consistency - If using normal oats blend them with the Biscoff biscuits first for a smoother finish. 2) Once mixed together, add into small ramekin, remember the baked oats will rise slightly so make sure it is a dish that won’t be filled to the brim before cooked 3) Place in air fryer in small dish at 150°C for around 12 minutes or until crispy golden at the top. Check occasionally as this could vary. 4) If desired, add a small amount of Biscoff spread to top for extra sweetness 5) Can be left to rest however best ate still warm as the inside should be exactly the right amount of gooeyness NOTE - The Health Score on this is not correct it is healthy Macros are: 360 calories (not including small amount of Biscoff spread) 40g Protein (if using Skyr) 32g Carbs 6g Fat (not including small amount of Biscoff spread) Feel free to check the macros on MyFitnessPal
