Step 1
1. Boil salted water and add pasta and cook until Al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water 2. Heat olive oil and add shallots., garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant
3. Whisk in lemon juice , lemon zest and Greek yogurt until well combined
4. Add 1/2 cup pasta water and whisk until smooth 5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and add more pasta water if needed 6. Fold in parmesan and butter (butter optional)
