Chicken Tikka Flat Bread

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl mix the tikka paste and 1 heaped tbsp yogurt together well until combined. If you have the time, marinade for 30 minutes but if your short, use as-is.
Step 2
Spray a pan with low calorie cooking spray and fry the marinated chicken pieces for 6-7 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 3
In the meantime in a small box mix together 1 heaped tbsp of yogurt and the finely diced mint.
Step 4
Slice up the salad ingredients and set aside.
Step 5
Toast your flatbread (if you have a gas stove, pop the flatbread over the flame and spread around for 30-40 seconds on high on both sides to get a beautiful charred flavour.
Step 6
Spread the mint yogurt on the flatbread, add the salad then the chicken pieces. Optional but totally worth it, add a drizzle of mango chutney and a few mint leaves for extra flavour POP.
