Vegan Black Bean Hummus

I am very familiar with hummus. I love the different varieties. I made the Black Bean Hummus and let me tell you! It was amazing. I made vegan crackers and used them to dip. It was so good. I also, dipped with Jicama and my homemade indian flat bread (Chapattis)

Step 1

add garlic to food processor, mince
add black beans, lemon juice, tahini, cumin , salt, and , cayenne pepper. Pulse processor, process until smooth.
Step 2

Add reserve Black Bean liquid 1 tablespoon at a time, process. Repeat until desired consistency.
Step 3

You can present this with more drizzles of oil and paprika. Serve with whole wheat crackers, whole wheat flat bread, or jicama.
