Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl combine soup, wine, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper.
Step 2
Add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat.
Step 3
Transfer to a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker. Trim fat from chops. Place chops on potato mixture.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 7 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 3.5 hours
