Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C.

Step 2
Drizzle the ovenproof baking dish with olive oil and place brie cheese in a centre of the dish.
Step 3
Using the knife score the Brie vertically and horizontally in a square pattern.
Step 4
In a bowl combine roughly chopped walnuts, rosemary, blueberries, chilli flakes, cinnamon and honey. Mix well.
Step 5
Assemble the berries mixture on top and around the brie.
Step 6
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until brie is completely melted.
Step 7
Serve with crostini and enjoy!
