Step 1
Add Biscoff cookies to the food processor and grind until you have a sand like texture. Add melted butter to the food processor and pulse until cookies and butter are well combined place in to a parchment lined 8 inch pan and press in to an even layer. Set aside. Whip softened cream cheese in the mixer until light and airy. Add in half cup melted Biscoff spread(warm in the microwave) and mix until well combined. Gently fold in cool whip then place on top of the crust and spread into an even layer. Top with remaining Biscoff spread and decorate with Biscoff cookies if desired. Place in the freezer for a minimum of four hours. Let it sit out at room temperature for 15 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
