Step 1
In mixing bowl combine together the SOFT butter and both sugars together. Cream together by hand or on medium speed for about 5 minutes. The texture should be super smooth and creamy and completely combined. Next add in the eggs (room temperature) one at time mixing in between each time until smooth and combined. In a bowl combine together ALL of your dry ingredients baking powder, and flour mix together and add into the sugar mixture. Mix on slow for about a minute JUST until combined and smooth DO NOT OVER MIX. Add in a handful of sprinkles. Roll up your dough into 60g balls and refrigerate for a couple hours. While cookie dough is resting make your frosting by combining together the 2 sticks of butter half the amount of powdered sugar and half of your milk. WHIP on high for at least 10 minutes until super white and fluffy. Add in the rest of your powdered sugar and milk and finish whisking for another 10 minutes. Add in any gel food coloring you like. Pre heat your oven to 350F and bake until golden brown, nicely spaced out on a silicone baking mat. 15- 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before frosting them.
