Instructions

Step 1
Bring pot to boil. Cook noodles per package instructions.
Step 2
Season chicken with sea salt, white pepper, garlic powder, and onion flakes. Heat 1 T avocado oil in pan over medium heat. Saute chicken. Remove from pan when cooked.
Step 3
Combine soy sauce, coconut aminos, chicken broth, ginger, tapioca flour, sesame oil, and hot sauce in bowl. Set aside.
Step 4
Add more oil to pan used for chicken. Saute mushrooms, carrots, onion, peas for 3 - 4 minutes. Add in cabbage and garlic. Saute another 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add chicken and noodles back into pan. Pour sauce over, simmer for a few minutes until sauce thickens.
