Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter and semi sweet chocolates on low heat.
Step 2
Mix sugar and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add in eggs and continue mixing for at least 1 and a half minutes.
Step 4
Mix in the melted chocolates. Make sure that it's not too hot, otherwise it will cook the eggs. (40°C should be fine)
Step 5
Sift in gluten free flour and cocoa powder. fold it in using a spatula untill all dry ingredients are incorporated. Do not over mix.
Step 6
Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
Step 7
Trasfer brownie batter in a baking pan.
Step 8
Bake it in a 180° C pre-heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness. Check it by doing the tootpick test.

Check ur brownies is ready when a tootpick comes out clean.
Step 10
Best served with cold fresh milk or coffee.
