Instructions

Step 1
Chop frozen carrots
Step 2
Boil lentils 5 mins
Step 3
Put carrots and lentils in air fryer, over with water, cook for 8mins 200C
Step 4
Soak lasagne sheets in water
Step 5
Chop parsley/basil/oregano
Step 6
Make veg stock 450ml
Step 7
Chop 4 cloves of garlic
Step 8
Put herbs, stock, garlic, onions, mushrooms,peppers and 1kg minced meat in air fryer
Step 9
Cook 5 mins at 185C
Step 10
Stir
Step 11
Cook 5 mins at 185C
Step 12
Mix tinned tomatoes/passata/puree in to make thick, tomatoey bolognese
Step 13
Make up lasagne
Step 14
Cook at 200C in fan oven for 25 mins
