Instructions

Step 1
Finely crush chocolate wafer cookies for crust. Can use a food processor for this step if desired.
Step 2
Combine crushed chocolate wafers, sugar, and melted butter. Firmly press into bottom and 1" up sides of oiled 9" springform pan. (Optionally chill 30 mins before next step)
Step 3
Beat cream cheese at high speed with mixer until fluffed. Add milk, candy, and food coloring. Mix well.
Step 4
Whip heavy cream in seperate bowl. Fold into main mixture then pour into previously prepared springform pan.
Step 5
Cover and freeze until firm (4+ hours). Garnish if desired.
