I began eating this as an alternative to eggs. Dairy does not agree with me at all. This is definitely tasty and makes me think of eggs.

1clove garlic

2 tablespoonsground Turmeric
gives tofu the yellow color
sea salt
Season as desire, I love Pink Himalayan seasoning with cumin and citrus

Instructions
Step 1
Add Olive oil and Peanut oil to large pan
Step 2
sauté garlic, green onion, 2 minutes
Step 3
Continue to sauté for 5 minutes
Step 4
Drain Tofu, slice
