Instructions

Step 1
Cook oil, garlic and ginger in pan on high heat until fragrant.
Step 2
Add sliced onion and cook until soft.
Step 3
Add veg and stir fry.
Step 4
Add hoisin/oyster, soy sauce, rice wine, veg stock, white pepper, hot water and a little sugar.
Step 5
Adjust as required.
Step 6
Add sesame oil.
Step 7
Take off heat and put lid on pan.
Step 8
Add oil to frying pan.
Step 9
Add fish.
Step 10
Turn over and cook until fully done.
Step 11
Serve together.
