I was a bit confused when the recipe said add your broth and 2 cups water, is that 2 cups water with the stock powder or is it a liquid broth and an additional 2 cups water.
I made this yesterday and added 4 cups (1 quart) of water with broth powder and an additional 2 cups water. If you like thicker soup, you could wait to add the 2 cups water until after you puree half, then decide if or how much more water you want to add.
