Could you add vodka to these?
And if so, how much? I'm scared it would mess with the consistency but I'd really like to make them a little alcoholic.

Why not! Maybe try the ratio 3/4 water and 1/4 vodka. Not sure if that's too much vodka or not, but that's how I would do it.
