Granulated sugar will usually work just fine as a caster sugar alternative.

I learned that it is extra fine sugar, but not yet powdered (confectioner's or icing) sugar. I found it at my local safeway. Now, I need to find a lemoncello replacement, as i dont think we sell that here in the U.S..but i could be wrong 😉. Thank you!
