What makes this recipe "creamy"?
I'm not seeing any ingredients or processes that would produce a creamy texture. How is this "creamy" spinach and pepper chicken?

It's not creamy in the way you would expect if there was actually cream in it but the olive oil and the chicken itself make a smooth kind of velvety meal.
