In my experience, no. You could save the sauce and cook a new batch of chicken. But freezing and reheating the chicken results in soggy breading on the chicken, which defeats the purpose of the chicken cook.

if you do your chicken, and flash freeze the pieces (on a baking sheet, then pour into container. keeps them from sticking together), and the sauce separate might work
