Yes, it will be good 2 weeks. And make sure it's in air tight non glass container. Freezer bags work I like naughty plastic though.:)

Yes, for up to a year depending upon the thickness of the wall of your container. If you use freezer bags make sure to freeze them flat. If you have a muffin tin you can spare, lightly spray them with oil and measure the stir-fry into each. Freeze, then dip into, or run hot water over them and pop out the lumps of stir-fry. You may need to use a fork or butter knife to help them come out. Place in a freezer bag and store in your freezer until needed. Use within 3 months. If you have a heavy duty container to put them in you can store them longer. Make Sure You Label!

I see it in the grocery store all the time ...p.f change has one that is pretty not greatest, but I'd feed it to the kids all week long.

Microwave would be the best way to thaw them. Lacking that, a low oven or slow cooker. I don't have a lot of experience with InstaPots, but it may be an option. If you have no other way than the stove top use low heat and stir often, but your broccoli may look like mush when it is finally warm enough.

Yes Blanche for 3 minutes and put in ice cold water drain and freeze. You can also do spin he, green bean and cauliflower.

You don't have to blanch stir-fry, it's already cooked.

Idk why not. Ur broccoli might be a little soft but it’ll still be good. I bet u could do it before it’s cooked like a crockpot freezer meal!

Other stir-fry recipes may work as a crock pot freezer meal, but unfortunately this one won't, unless each ingredient is prepared separately and some of the ingredients used should not be frozen. But other recipes could very well work. Using the freshest ingredients possible, this recipe, as written, no substituting, should be made completely, but not over cooked, and frozen. Or freeze dried and stored in the freezer. It may be palatable dehydrated then frozen. It will definitely store longer both ways. Do not dehydrate or freeze dry this recipe and make the mistake of thinking that it is now "shelf stable"! There is oil in the meat and sauce that will go rancid on the shelf.
