You can leave it out totally if you increase the other liquid, but your bread won't brown as prettily. You can also replace it with sugar. But you won't need as much, say 2/3 of the amount called for.

If you already started making the bread and it is still dough you can just mix the sugar right in. If it is already baking, then sorry. It should still be fine, and brown ok, and make sandwiches just fine, it just won't be As sweet for toast.

Oops, my bad. You must Increase the sugar 2/3, because honey is sweeter on the brix scale than sugar.
