The question we need to ask you is, "what country are you in?" so we can give you proper information for your location. If you are in the US, you can look for stone ground mustard, spicy mustard, or purchase ground mustard and make your own. Mustard, vinegar, water, lemon juice. Not spicy enough? Add a little fresh horseradish. Mix, and adjust to taste or for consistency. As always, read the labels on any bottles mustards. Good luck!
