I don't have buttermilk can I substitute it for normal?

I can't really get buttermilk in my country very easily, so is there any alternative for the buttermilk in this recipe? Could I just use buttermilk? And I also don't have cake flour so could I just use all purpose flour?

You can make it if you have vinegar! https://tastesbetterfromscratch.com/how-to-make-buttermilk/ You can add cornstarch to all purpose flour to make it more similar to cake flour

You can use sour cream in place of buttermilk, same quantity. Also can add white vinegar to regular milk to make it cured.

So for buttermilk there is a way you can use milk or cream and vinegar or an acid. Curdles the milk and is a good substitute.

With cake flour, it does have less protein to make it less dense I'm told. You can use regular flour though.
