Mediterranean Diet on the go

Hi, I'm looking for ideas for food on the go when following a Mediterranean diet...thanks

Any kind of salad following the dietary pillars of your diet will be great for on the go. Quinoa is a great grain to add for most things and makes it more pasta salad than leafy salad, for variety!

I meal prep because I don't want to cook every day. I keep a yogurt cup always on hand, just plain greek yogurt, fruit, and chia seeds all mixed up. I try to keep the fridge stocked up with overnight oats. Leftovers get snacked on throughout the week. My quick go-to is a tuna salad of some sort or a chickpea sandwich. Sometimes, a plain tomato sandwich. I like to keep it simple. Otherwise, I get overwhelmed.

I like quick finger foods. I'll pack things like some kind of nut (almonds, cashews, mixed nuts, etc), cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sliced pepper rings, cheese cubes, humus, whole wheat crackers, and some kind of fruit like grapes.

I’m doing a Mediterranean diet too I find using chicken, oily fish quinoa and lots of vegetables that I wouldn’t normally have is the basis for my diet I often have egg florentine for lunch with roasted tomatoes Dessert is mostly red berries with Greek yogurt- fruit is fairly cheap frozen and low calorie too
