Quick ideas for picky eaters?

My kids are picky and I want to try something that they would like. Any suggestions?

I agree with using a blender. I throw tomatoes, spinach, and taco seasoning into the blender, then simmer that with browned ground beef or turkey for sneaky tacos. It's not chicken, but who doesn't love tacos?

My blender is my best friend in the kitchen I have 3 picky eaters ( 11, 12 and 9) they don't like vegetables or beans it's mostly the texture. my aproach is just out of sight out of mind. they know it is packed with all kinds of stuff but they eat it and most of the time they love it :) hope this helpes 😊

I have seen (and made something similar) where you roast veggies- tomatoes, onion, carrots, or whatever you have (stay away from strong flavors like broccoli and Brussel sprouts) until soft then add to a blender with chicken broth to make a pasta sauce! Add Italian seasoning and salt/pepper/garlic to taste and use that to coat the pasta :)

I would take some fresh veggies, process them until they’re very fine. Mix in with some ground chicken, a binder and favorite seasonings, make those into chicken “nuggets” or use a cookie cutter to make into shapes, bread them, air fry and you have veggie loaded chicken nuggets!

Mine are keen on stir-fry right now, so noodles and chicken, for my eldest she will have broccoli and mushroom, my youngest peas and sweetcorn. I then do them cold veg sticks of carrot and pepper as a side - they won't eat them cooked! I also blitz veg up and add it to mince - so onions, tomatoes, carrot, pepper, maybe celery or courgette - whatever i have in the fridge that i think i can get away with as the sauce!
