Ooops, that wasn't a smoothie. 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds (POM), 1/2 tsp minced ginger, 1 tsp ground flax, 1/4 cup rolled oatmeal, 1 tbsp minced beets or beet juice, 2 tablespoons kefir or vegan probiotics, and vitacoco cold press or almond milk. To sweeten if desired, use honey. This is heart, kidney, and gut healthy.
