Mustard seed?

There is a whole grain prepared mustard that I purchase at my local grocery, but I think this recipe is calling for mustard seed powder because the instructions say to mix it with the other seasonings and rub on the meat. You could use mustard seed whole, but the mustard flavor would not be as spread out. But maybe that is how it's supposed to be.

No whole grain mustard is a condiment. It can be found in the mustard aisle. The mustard seeds are left intact.
