Juicy, smokey, zesty pork chops. No added salt, and yet you won’t miss it, these pork chops are so full of flavour! Serve with salad for a healthy dinner.

Zest and juice the lemon.

Mix the mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, lemon zest and 1 tbsp of the lemon juice in a small bowl.

Step 3
Slather the pork chops generously with the paste. Leave to marinate for half an hour or longer if you wish.
