Wow, I am amazed that you are the first person to ask or even comment on that. I don't bake enough to feel comfortable answering, especially since my first instinct would be that the sugar would be teaspoons and the cocoa might be tablespoons.

Could I add a note to my reply - re the sugar if you are in Australia, it is one DESSERTSPOON of sugar, elsewhere, one Tablespoon - wouldn't make a great deal of difference (one teaspoon different - both equivalent to three teaspoons), just slightly sweeter
