Step 1
Whisk egg yolks with sugar until smooth, then incorporate your Mascarpone cheese.
Step 2
Pour your cold coffee in a shallow dish and dip your ladyfingers in for a couple of seconds each side.
Step 3
Layer your soaked ladyfingers in a dish and spread some of your Mascarpone cream on top. Repeat until you finish all the ingredients.
Step 4
Rest overnight and sprinkle some cocoa powder on top before serving. Buon appetito!
